By the Grace of God, I enrolled at Bethseda Youth Empowerment Programme on JULY 4, 2018. To be candid, I have learnt a lot and gained so much both spiritual and physical. From the Morning Devotion, via BELIVERS’ HANDBOOK, I was blessed through the teaching that says, God is the source of our salvation through Jesus Christ. On the book of Missions given to us to read and summarise, MAN OF FAITH, TRULY RICH AND GREAT AND TRULY STRONG. Those books have helped my spiritual life a great deal. I can now see a great change in my life since this programme started. My behaviour has changed from bad to good. I really want to thank God for that.

First and foremost, I want to thank God for His mercy upon my life since this Programme commenced. I thank God for making me a partaker of this programme which has impacted my life positively. On the Life Skilled session, I really enjoyed it. The Pastor taught us that Quiet time is the hour to commit our ways on to the Lord and to receive instructions from Him.

I thank God for the opportunity given to me to learn Computer in this Ministry. I never taught I could acquire the skill now. On the Morning Devotion and Life skilled session, I learnt that God must be the first person in our lives and in all we do. We were taught that without God in our lives, we cannot achieve anything meaningful in life. Because of that revelation, I have been very close to God in reading Bible from time to time and also observe my Morning devotion before I leave home.

I want to thank God for the success of this programme of which I am a partaker. I thank our Pastor for opening mu eyes to the things of God in the Bible. Our Pastor told us that the Devil is hunting for us with tricks and that is why we have to be vigilant not to fall into the trap of the enemy. He told us that before we leave home every day, we have to commit our ways on to the Lord through Quiet time.

I want to thank my Pastor for taking time to teach us the importance of prayer. He told us that we are to be very close to God in Prayer and in reading the word of God. During the Life Skilled in the afternoon, He also taught us to stay away from sin because one thing that destroys one life faster is sin.

I thank God for making me to come and learn Computer in this Ministry. I want to thank our Instructor for taking time to teach us very well. Now, I can type very well, having knowledge of Corel Draw and others. I also want to thank our Pastor who took time to teach us the word of God. During the Life Skill, He told us that we should not play with sin. He further said, we should guard our mind with the word of God because our mind is a battle field. Now I have learnt that taking time to read the word of God daily and praying regularly is what helps one in making it in life.
